By downloading, installing, or using the Tasu — Time Calculator application (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Blockfit OÜ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or commercial purposes on any Apple device that you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

The App is available for a one-time purchase price as listed on the Apple App Store. All payments are processed through the App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms. We do not process any payment information directly.

Refund requests should be directed to Apple through their standard refund process.

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is the intellectual property of Blockfit OÜ and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App’s source code
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the App

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

The App is a calculator tool. While we strive for accuracy, you should independently verify any calculations that are critical to your work or decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blockfit OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
